Terms of Service

TIKFLOW OS · Effective 9 September 2026

1. What this software is

TIKFLOW OS ("the Software") is self-hosted software that helps a TikTok creator prepare, validate, schedule and upload their own video files to their own TikTok account using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. It is installed and run by the creator on hardware the creator controls. It is not offered as a hosted or managed service.

2. Who may use it

You may use the Software to publish content to TikTok accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Software to post to an account without the account holder's authorization.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Relationship with TikTok

The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. It communicates with TikTok only through TikTok's documented official APIs. It uses no browser automation, no cookie injection, no scraping and no unofficial endpoint. TikTok may change, restrict or withdraw API access at any time, and the Software cannot function beyond what TikTok permits.

5. Restrictions before audit approval

TikTok restricts what an unaudited API client may publish. While the client used with your instance is unaudited, direct posts are limited to private visibility and a limited number of users may post in a 24-hour window. The Software reflects those limits rather than attempting to circumvent them. Content published while a client is unaudited may remain private permanently.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Software to:

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Uploads may fail, be delayed, or be rejected by TikTok for reasons outside the Software's control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author of the Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost content, lost reach, account restrictions or account termination, arising from your use of the Software.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continuing to use the Software after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
